High Sunni Turn Out Today.

Early reports from Iraq are indicating a higher than expected turn out in
Sunni areas. This could lead to a defeat of the constitution as it will take 66%
of the votes in 3 provinces to defeat the measure.

Iraqi officials are saying there could be some news of the count as early as
tomorrow but warned the final vote will take a few days.
