I have been receiving a lot of these lately. It’s just another scam going around like those Nigerian bank scams, but this time it’s taken a turn for the worse by using soldiers:

We want to move this money to you, so that you may invest it for us and keep our share for banking.

The link is fine to click. It is actually about a stash of money found in Iraq and the article is from 2003 and plays into the scam quiet well.
