The Childish Tactics Of The Tea Party

Posted 2/21/11 at 8:53am by jamie

The Tea Party has come up with an idea on how to handle those pro-union protestors, in a post entitled ‘FIGHT THE SEIU WITH TACTIC THEY USE AGAINST US – THIS WEEK!’ by the very racist leader Mark Williams:

.

That link will take you to an SEIU page where you can sign up as an “organizer” for one of their upcoming major rallies to support the union goons in Wisconsin.

Here is what I am doing in Sacramento, where they are holding a 5:30 PM event this coming Tuesday:  (1) I signed up as an organizer (2) with any luck they will contact me and I will have an “in”  (3) in or not I will be there and am asking as many other people as can get there to come with, all of us in SEIU shirts (those who don’t have them we can possibly buy some from vendors likely to be there)  (4) we are going to target the many TV cameras and reporters looking for comments from the members there  (5) we will approach the cameras to make good pictures… signs under our shirts that say things like “screw the taxpayer!”  and “you OWE me!” to be pulled out for the camera (timing is important because the signs will be taken away from us) (6) we will echo those slogans in angry sounding tones to the cameras and the reporters.  (7) if I do get the ‘in’ I am going to do my darnedest to get podium access and take the mic to do that rant from there…with any luck and if I can manage the moments to build up to it, I can probably get a cheer out of the crowd for something extreme.

A New Round Of Palin Defenses

Posted 11/18/10 at 8:23am by jamie

Yesterday news broke that Willow Palin, the 16 year old daughter of 1/2 term governor Sarah, took to Facebook in a homophobic slur rant against someone who complained about Palin’s reality show:

During the premiere of "Sarah Palin's Alaska" Sunday night -- a boy named Tre who went to school with the Palin kids wrote a status update that read, "Sarah Palin's Alaska, is failing so hard right now."

The comment sparked an intense response from Willow -- who replied on the boy's wall, "Haha your so gay. I have no idea who you are, But what I've seen pictures of, your disgusting ... My sister had a kid and is still hot."

Willow followed up that comment with another that read, "Tre stfu. Your such a f**got."

Bristol Palin also got in on the smacktalk -- writing a message to Tre saying, "You're running your mouth just to talk sh*t."

This sparked the GOP to come to the defense of Willow, writing this off as “kids being kids”. Here’s the statement from Tammy Bruce of GOProud:

“Willow Palin is a 16 year old girl who, like all 16 year olds is going to make mistakes and say things she shouldn’t have. This, however, has nothing to do with Willow Palin or the substance of what she said on Facebook. The ‘slur’ used here is one you could hear on the streets of West Hollywood or Chelsea every day of the week.  Apparently, it’s only a ‘homophobic slur’ when it comes from the daughter of a conservative female leader.  Make no mistake; this is all about destroying Sarah Palin by any means necessary.

OMG Boobies!

The lack of maturity on the right never ceases to amazes me. The latest elementary school rant comes from Townhall:

This reminds me when Fox News plays a constant b-roll of girls in bikinis during, say, Spring Break while proclaiming, "Ohhhh, isn't that terrible! That's so inappropriate!"

MSNBC's Dr. Nancy -- who's show gets terrible ratings -- plays the clip of a 28-year-old woman giving herself a breast exam at the beginning of the segment and asks: Was the decision to air this clip a "ploy" for ratings during sweeps week? Ha! Talk about transparent in her own ploy to get ratings. The two guest doctors agree that the video was more of a ploy than an educational tool. They also mention that it would have been more appropriate to show a 50-plus-year-old woman giving herself the exam than a 28-year-old because breast cancer generally hits the over 50s.

Absolutely amazing. Here’s the video posted by Townhall, which to any normal person is nothing sexual at all:

It amazes me that the right still gets in an uproar over boobs. They will never grow up and it doesn’t matter if its Janet Jackson or someone demonstrating a life saving self examination. They remind me of the kids in school who go all excited over the naked natives in issues of National Geographic. The sad part is that those kids were generally under 10.

Time For A Big Rant

Sarah Palin's constant talk about being the mother of a special needs child needs to stop. She has spent only 5 months in this role and right now she is at the best times. Growing up with a brother who is autistic, and was diagnosed at a time when the word autism was foreign to a majority of the population, I can tell you she has no idea what's to come.

I have spent enough time in my life with lots of special needs children. From autism to retardation, I have seen it all. I have been involved in a special needs Scout troop and worked he Special Olympics. I know tons of parents of special needs children and they all concur that she is at the best point in time of her parenting.

Either she has no idea what's to come, or she is exploiting Trig's Down's Syndrome. And why was her 5 month old baby brought out on stage at 11 at night? She is showing she has no concern for the child - he is just a tool for her campaign. That's really sad and gives you more insight into her parenting style. If "Joe six pack" or his wife did the same thing, they would most likely get a visit from family services. Some how its fine for her to do this though.
