According to GOP Rep. Ginny Brown-Waite they are. She doesn’t like the economic stimulus going to these “foreign citizens”. Rather interesting considering they have been American citizens for over 90 years. I guess when your part of the all white party, that’s how you see it though. (h/t Think Progress)
