Bob Casey has been declared the winner in the Pennsylvania primary, soundly defeating the other candidates. Casey will face off for the Senate seat against incumbent Rick Santorum. In the latest poll, Casey leads Santorum by 13 points so this could be a nice pick-up for the Democrats this fall.
