The Washington Times has published an article about faulty abstinence
courses. One program goes as far as to say teens should be prepared to dies if
they use condoms because they are likely to slip off or break (perhaps the
author of this report is not very well endowed which is why he raises the
concern).

This report makes one to wonder what the world is coming to. Well with the
leadership we have today who can be shocked. It is another brute force tactic to
get people to not use contraceptives and practice abstinence, something that is
being proven by more credible studies to not be as effective.
