Well I had to have some fun today. I saw the following post
on Crooks and

You really shouldn’t shoot your mouth off about Valerie

She deserved to be outed.

I printed this because many right wing blogs are so fond
of quickly posting comments or emails to try and paint all Democrats as
traitors and other such nonsense. In that spirit I’ll ask this question. Why
do right wingers hate the CIA? If they hate the CIA then they hate America
since the CIA is one of our most trusted instruments to fight terrorism.  Why
don’t you email Mr. Christian and ask him why he hates America.

(Update) Here’s Tom Christian’s response:  “OK. So how
can you say I’m an asshole?

Do you know anything about me?

lol, yea Tom, we know all about you by reading your
email.

After seeing this, I felt compelled to email Mr. Christian
and ask him if he hated our intelligence community so much as to go out and
slander one of its agents. The following was his response. I also found out he
sent the same response to others:

Yes I believe I do understand.

The problem however is not my understanding, but your ignorance, which

I admit

is not your fault because it’s something you probably didn’t know.

You see I do know something about Valerie Plame.

I know that her colleagues bugged my hotel room at the Best Western

Westpark

Hotel in November 1996. For months prior to that, I endured a bit of

surveillance from her

and her coworkers. My mail was opened. My car was bugged and I was

followed to work

by a van with a doppler direction-finding array on top. At the

Southwest Regional library

in Pembroke Pines, Valerie and her coworkers Johhny Spann, Cheri

Leberknight, Eunjoo

Kensinger, Rebecca Wolfson, Dave Robertson and Miguel Fabregas came by

to check

me out. I remember working out at the local gym alongside Miguel

Fabregas on one occasion.

On another occasion a woman by the name of Rebecca Wolfson was sitting

near me at the

Fort Lauderdale Hollywood airport with a small case with an aluminized

mylar patch on the

side. I saw her later in November of 1996 in the CIA’s Stafford

building. And while in Tyson’s

Corner, I remember overhearing them say something that they could only

have known if they

had been reading my e-mail.

So perhaps I’m being a bit harsh in my criticism of her, but to me

Valerie Plame is

a scumbag.

I won’t criticize you for not being omniscient Larry, that would not

be fair. But you don’t

have all of the facts.

This story is totally filled with holes – the biggest being
the fact the CIA does not have a charter to operate domestically. Funny how he
is being followed by the CIA yet he has knows all their names. I have faith in
our intelligence community and they would not be exposed that easily. Got to
love wingnuts!
