As election time grows nearer, I am going to focus more on the races here in Ohio. We are a key state this year that can turn blue so I believe it is imperative to keep focus on these races. I will still work to bring news and views from around the country and world, so you can still come for all the information you can handle.
The WSJ has a new poll released with more good news to Ohio. Currently they have Sherrod Brown leading Mike DeWine by 8.9%. Interesting enough is that these numbers don’t reflect the full impact of DeWine’s campaign ad using mocked up images of the 9/11 attacks on the WTC. This number also closely reflects the results of Columbus Dispatch’s poll that I posted yesterday.
The current poll also has Ted Strickland beating Ken Blackwell by 4.9% for governor.. This is quiet a bit lower then the Dispatch’s poll yesterday, which had Strickland ahead by 20%.
In this latest WSJ/Harris poll, Ohio is predicted to become blue this fall, which is very good news.
