He went on his little rampage about over-paid, lazy firefighters a couple of weeks ago, but check out Burns in action in the U.S. Senate.

So let me get this straight. A firefighter who makes an average of $30,000 – $40,000 a year goes out and risks life and limb fighting a fire in intense heat. They sit down for a break and they are called lazy by the Senator. (Oh and I know first hand how physically exhausting firefighting is because I use to be a firefighter).

Now Conrad Burns who makes over $140,000 a year and sits in a big cushy chair in D.C. is caught sleeping on the job. This lazy ass hypocrit needs his pompous ass kicked right out of D.C.
