The NYTimes got an advanced copy of Woodward’s new book, and the review of it shows serious problems in the Bush administration. The review talks about sections that discuss how warnings were given to Rumsfeld in 2003 about the growing threat of the insurgency and the need for more troops and Rumsfeld choose to ignore them.
