Just saw this tweet from Chuck Todd:

Goss: “What we’re now seeing is that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has not made one iota of improvement.”

So Goss is saying that his successors haven’t fixed the mess he left behind. That also goes along with what I have been saying – the security measures in place on Christmas day are the same ones put in place under Bush. Blame needs to go to both administrations. Blaming one or the other is highly disingenuous.
