MSNBC is reporting that according to Pentagon officials, General Stanley McChrystal has been relieved of his command. The President is going to address that nation from the Rose Garden at 1:30 pm. UPDATE 1: MSNBC is now reporting that David Petraeus will take over command of the Afghanistan war.
