Comments (update)
Apparently the last upgrade on WordPress did not work with the script to prevent spam bots from commenting. It was causing people to get an error to enter the security code, but was not actually producing the code. I have deactivated that plugin, so comments are working normal again. Thanks to Jim from Jim’s Op/Ed for pointing that out to me.
UPDATE:
Ok. After 20 minutes of having that disabled, I got hit with over 200 spam comments. I fixed the problem in the plugin and it works again. If you are not a registered member then you will have to enter the little security code. If you don’t want to go through that then you can always register, as it only takes a minute and saves all your information for future commenting.
