Sarah Palin’s biggest project as mayor turned out to be a legal nightmare that cost the city an additional $1.3 million. To most cities less than 10,000 in population, $1.3 million would be a deal breaker, but when you embrace government earmarks and pork, I guess it’s no big deal.
