Fitzgerald and the grand jury investigating the leak case were seen entering
the court room at around 9:00 am eastern time today. According to Raw Story,
sources close to the investigation say Fitzgerald has asked for indictments on
Karl Rove and Scooter Libby.

This information goes hand in hand with information coming out last night
that indictments would be handed down today and that the prosecutor met with
Rove’s attorney yesterday to inform them their client was a target.

The big unanswered question now is will the indictments be sealed? Sources
close to the investigation are saying that they most likely will. But, what does
that mean? According to some legal professionals, sealed indictments usually
indicate that the prosecutor is not done yet. In this case it would most likely
indicate that Fitzgerald will either be seeking other indictments or asking to
extend the grand jury to further investigate other crimes that may have been
committed.

This case is developing very fast today. It definitely is looking like
Fitzmas.
