San Diego Union Tribune:

A federal grand jury issued indictments on Tuesday against Poway defense contractor Brent Wilkes and former high-ranking CIA official Kyle “Dusty” Foggo, childhood friends from San Diego who are embroiled in the Randy “Duke” Cunningham congressional corruption scandal.

The U.S. Attorney’s office wouldn’t comment on the matter, but has scheduled a midday news conference. The two men are expected to surrender at an arraignment in federal court Wednesday or Thursday.

Sources have told The San Diego Union-Tribune that Wilkes and Foggo could be charged with fraud and conspiracy in connection with a contract to supply bottled water to CIA operatives in Iraq.

Hopefully more of these crooks will go down like this. Cunningham, a veteran, showed disgrace towards the military by accepting these bribes. The Republicans worked to protect him until the day he finally went to prison. This is what a GOP controlled government produced. This is one thing America voted to change last November.
