Think Progress has the video up of Chuck Schumer calling for Gonzales to step down as AG. I am going to take this a step further. I think Chuck Schumer should request a prosecutor to look at Gonzales and if he perjured himself before the committee in January. The Attorney General of the United States should be forced to stand up to the very laws he is charged with enforcing. If Gonzales lied under oath then he not only broke the law, but broke the very law that was enacted to make sure justice can work in this nation. That is a very serious charge against Gonzales and needs to be looked at very closely.
