Finally some good news from the White House:

The Bush administration on Wednesday released $450 million in emergency funds to help poor families pay their expensive heating bills this winter.

Record high heating oil prices due to record crude oil costs of $100 a barrel are cutting into family budgets, with senior citizens and poorer households hurting the most.

The financial help will come from the government’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, commonly known as LIHEAP.

I am sure Malkin and her following will quickly jump all over the White House for this “liberal act”. Remember – taking care of your fellow man is liberal.
