Earlier today I talked about a rumor that Clinton might put $5 million of her own money into her campaign. Within minutes it was reported that Clinton actually already did that and it was last month. Sullivan has an interesting question on that:

Was that $5 million included in her January total of $13 million? In
which case, her fundraising has all but collapsed in comparison with
Obama’s.

If this $5 million is included in that $13 million total that means she only raised $7 million last month. In other words Obama out raised her almost 5 to 1. Obama is also supposed to meet or beat his January fundraising totals this month.

Things don’t look good for Hillary at all. And just for the record (because of some emails I received), I am not behind one candidate or the other. My support was with Edwards and we know where that went. I haven’t yet decided between Clinton and Obama – there are still too many questions. Truth be known – I might not pick one over the other.
