John McCain in 1998:

Hillary Clinton this week:

Calling McCain, the presumptive GOP nominee a good friend and a “distinguished man with a great history of service to our country,” Clinton said, “Both of us will be on that stage having crossed that threshold. That is a critical criterion for the next Democratic nominee to deal with.”

So she is buddies with the guy who really insulted her daughter, yet when a reporter made a little slip of the tongue, she was out for blood?

I agree with Bob Cesca, Hillary looks more like Joe Lieberman everyday. She will rather make the entire party look bad, just to help her political future. She is not only insulting Obama in statements like this, but the millions who have voted for him. Do we want that leading the party?
