That’s how John McCain characterized getting the troops out of Iraq today:

First it was 100 years in Iraq, then it became “out by 2013” and now we get “it’s not that important”. This ranks right up there with Boehner’s characterizing the dead soldiers as a “small price to pay”.

It might not be important to McCain, but it sure as hell is to the people serving and the families missing their loved ones.
