Last night all the talk was about some “big news” coming from the McCain campaign this morning. Here is what Jonathan Martin said:

On what, they won’t say.

“We’ll have something to talk about,” is all a campaign aide would allow.

There was a flurry of activity around the blogs over this. Well here we are on d-day and what is that “big news”? Nothing more than another Ayers ad. Now we have serious signs of desperation from the McCain campaign. Keep spending all that money on negative stuff that the voter rejects. Go right ahead! That just turns the voter off and pushes more towards Obama.
