In a week where al Qaeda has been back on the tip of everyone’s tongue, comes news of bomb threats shutting down the University of Texas:
The University of Texas has evacuated all campus building after receiving phoned-in threat that multiple bombs had been placed on campus. Officials say no bombs have been found.
An alert posted shortly before 10 a.m. Friday says people on campus should immediately evacuate all buildings and “get as far away as possible.”

So how does this get tied to al Qaeda? Well from the article that Drudge links:
The University of Texas is evacuating all of its buildings due to threats on campus after a caller claiming to be with al-Qaida said he placed bombs all over campus that would go off around 10 a.m. — which has since passed.
Yeah, because al Qaeda always calls in threats before one of their attacks.
Sounds more like some lunatic out there trying to spark more outrage towards the Middle East.
