Usually games like this are played against political opponents, not your own campaign:

The Shirley Republican’s mailer told voters to postmark their ballots by Nov. 6. The actual deadline is Nov. 5.

So this happened last year as well? The campaign is blaming the printer, who has taken responsibility. True, if this were my campaign, I believe that printer would be fired.
