CNN was originally posting as this would be tonight. It is actually being done Thursday night

At 9:00 pm eastern Thursday, President Bush will take over the television stations and address the nation from Louisiana. Ironically he is doing this on the fourth anniversary of his infamous “bullhorn” speech. Perhaps he feels that making the speech from ground zero again will turn his numbers around. I highly doubt it.
