This is a old house at the end of my street, which is part of the Hueston Farm. Matthew Hueston was one of the original settlers in this area back in the early 1800’s. Last year the local park system bought the area and is turning it into a forest preserve. Unfortunately this house was to far gone to save, so this past Sunday local fire departments burned it for training.
