On Face the Nation, Attorney General Gonzalez told Bob
Schieffer that when he was informed of the investigation into the Valerie Plame
leak, that he immediately notified the White House chief of staff. He was
notified at 8 in the evening and they decided to wait notifying the rest of the
staff and the President until the next morning.

This now raises some new questions into the investigation.
It makes you wonder who the chief of staff notified that night. This could have
resulted in some late night shredding or planning on how to cover up the case.

Gonzales also said he has testified before the grand jury.
Now the investigation might take an even new and more interesting turn. Now it
will most likely be looking at what happened the night before the White House
was officially notified of the investigation!
