As you may have heard the Democrats pulled a political punch yesterday in a resolution acknowledging the 50th anniversary of Hawaii as a state which also reads:
Whereas the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii;
This was a major shot across the bow of the birthers, of which a lot are Ron Paul supporters. Now what’s interesting is that while the resolution passed unanimously, there was a few people who didn’t vote. One of those happens to be Ron Paul. So was Ron Paul absent yesterday, or did he just decide to protest by not voting? I would really love an answer to this.
