Not once, not twice, but three times during his show last night, O’Reilly had different cutaways labeling Foley as a Democrat last night. Even worse? This happened during two different segments. Is FOX sinking to a new low to try and swing votes? We report – you decide. Wait. Perhaps we report and lawyers should decide on this. I believe an election lawyer should really look into this case. I got a feeling there are some serious implications with this.

How about if this is the new game FOX has created, we start reporting with splashes like this?

Perhaps even better. We take our medicine and when someone in our party does something so horrible, we work on fixing the problem and not trying to switch their party affiliation. Perhaps it is time for the media to start acting like adults – mainly FOX News.
